Creamy Chicken Korma

Ingredients:

  • 500g chicken
  • 2 tbsp Chicken Korma Masala
  • 2 onions (fried / brown ki hui)
  • ½ cup yogurt
  • ¼ cup cream
  • 2 tbsp oil ya ghee
  • 1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste

Method:

  1. Oil/ghee garam karein, ginger-garlic paste bhunein.
  2. Chicken add karein aur halka golden hone tak cook karein.
  3. Chicken Korma Masala daal kar mix karein.
  4. Yogurt add karein (slowly, curdling se bachne ke liye).
  5. Thoda paani daal ke 15–20 min simmer karein.
  6. Fried onions aur cream add karein, 5 min aur cook karein.

Texture Tip:
Agar thick gravy chahiye ho to cashew paste add kar sakte hain.

Serving:
Naan, paratha ya basmati rice ke sath.
