Tandoori Chicken (Oven / Grill)

Ingredients:

  • 500g chicken (legs ya boneless)
  • 2 tbsp Tandoori Masala Rub
  • 1 cup yogurt (dahi)
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • Salt (optional)

Method:

  1. Ek bowl mein dahi, Tandoori Masala Rub, lemon juice, ginger-garlic paste aur oil mix karein.
  2. Chicken pe deep cuts laga ke marinade achi tarah rub karein.
  3. Kam se kam 4 ghante (best: overnight) fridge mein marinate hone dein.
  4. Oven ko 200°C pe preheat karein.
  5. Chicken ko tray pe rakh ke 25–30 minutes bake karein (beech mein flip karein).
  6. Last 5 minutes grill mode pe rakh ke char effect dein.

Serving Tip:
Onion rings, mint chutney aur naan ke sath serve karein.
