Tandoori Chicken (Oven / Grill)
Ingredients:
- 500g chicken (legs ya boneless)
- 2 tbsp Tandoori Masala Rub
- 1 cup yogurt (dahi)
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
- 1 tbsp oil
- Salt (optional)
Method:
- Ek bowl mein dahi, Tandoori Masala Rub, lemon juice, ginger-garlic paste aur oil mix karein.
- Chicken pe deep cuts laga ke marinade achi tarah rub karein.
- Kam se kam 4 ghante (best: overnight) fridge mein marinate hone dein.
- Oven ko 200°C pe preheat karein.
- Chicken ko tray pe rakh ke 25–30 minutes bake karein (beech mein flip karein).
- Last 5 minutes grill mode pe rakh ke char effect dein.
Serving Tip:
Onion rings, mint chutney aur naan ke sath serve karein.
